How To Use
Immunity Boost: Massage 2 drops of Metal-element essential oil inside your wrists, morning and evening, during the winter times to prevent flu and cold.
Cough/Bronchitis (for adults) :1, Swallow two drops of Metal-element essential oil that mix with a spoonful of honey. Three times a day; 2, Rub and massage the Metal element essential onto the inside of your wrists(acu-point PC6), surface of your throat(acu-point CV22), and your chest(acu-pointCV17) three times a day.
Sinusitis/Rhinitis/Common cold : Add two drops of Metal-element and two drops of Earth-element essential oils on the surface of a bowl of simmering water. Put a towel over your head and the bowel and start deep inhalation for five minutes.
